How therapy helps

  • As someone who has faced various identity-altering situations and as a current RCC (prov), I have a unique understanding of what healing and growth entails. I work with individuals (aged 16+) with a diverse range of concerns. This may include, but is not limited to:
    - Concussions & Brain Injury
    - Anxiety & Depression
    - Identity Changes
    - Chronic Pain

  • Every session is designed for you. We’ll take things at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you. Over time, you’ll notice shifts in clarity, resilience, and well-being.

  • As a clinical counsellor intern, Cait uses a diverse therapeutic approach that draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Therapy and Compassion Focused Therapy to help individuals overcome mental health challenges to live an aligned and fulfilling life.
